Anthony Pepe
U19 Boys Head Coach
Coach Anthony Pepe began coaching with Knightmare Rugby in the fall of 2020, assisting with the girls 7s team. In 2021, he moved to the boys program, where he served as backs coach and assisted with both the 7s and 15s squads. He was named head coach of the Knightmare 7s program in 2024 and took on the head coach role for the 15s program in 2025.
In addition to coaching, Anthony is an active player with Roses Rugby, representing the Lancaster/York men’s club in 7s since 2017. He previously played 15s for the Roses from 2017 to 2020, primarily as a flanker and wing.
Off the field, Anthony works as a Senior Operational Excellence Consultant in the healthcare sector, where he coaches senior leaders on developing their teams, solving problems, and driving performance improvement.
Coach Dylan Mulroney is a proud Knightmare Rugby alumnus who went on to play collegiate rugby at the University of Pittsburgh and Millersville University. He returned to the club as a coach in 2022, serving as assistant backs coach. In 2025, he was named assistant head coach while continuing his role as backs coach.
Outside of rugby, Coach Mulroney is a dedicated educator, teaching 5th grade in the School District of Lancaster.

NICOLE DEELEY
Coach Nicole Deeley is a Knightmare Rugby alumna whose coaching journey began when she was sidelined by injury and invited to assist with the younger players. What started as a temporary role quickly turned into a lasting passion. She is now a USA Rugby Level 1 Certified Coach and continues to actively pursue growth in her coaching knowledge, with a strong focus on strategy, fundamentals, and technique.
In 2025, Coach Deeley was named Head Coach of the Girls 15s Team, playing a pivotal role in the team’s recent success. Her dedication, insight, and leadership have been instrumental in the development and achievements of the program.
